FAED Haiti is a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged Haitians. The funds from this year’s Run4Change are destined to expand the school grounds of the CEAL School for the Deaf, which will be used for:

• Physical Activities such as sports, individually tailored exercises, games, etc.
• Gardening Lessons to foster independence. In poor societies, if you are able to produce food and to fend for your family, you don’t become rich but you are better able to survive.
• Recess during the school day. Currently there is very little space for the children to share
• Outdoor Lessons. When the weather is nice – something very common in Haiti – classroom teachers will be able to hold their lessons outdoors.
