Our virtual run4change event will take place on the 1.05.2020 from 10:30 till 11:00 CET via a ZOOM meeting. Our participants will be able to log in, take part in the action and have tons of fun together. We will email you all details after you register for the event.

This is our preliminary agenda for the event and we are still working on the details:

• • As a participant, before the event you find as many donors as possible: friends, relatives, neighbors, companies and/or clubs
  • We will have a few sets of fun exercises for everyone to perform with a break in between the sets
  • Count how many reps you did in each set and let your donor donate x CHF per rep!
  • Or just donate a lump sum!
